This is my first official quilt. It's not perfect but I think it's pretty.

BAD CAT

So the toddler and the kitty seam to bonk heads every once in a while. Today was one of those days. Elli the cat is pretty good and becoming a traditional "cat" sleeps most of the day. Any-who when she is done taking a 2 or 3 hour nap she likes to scratch I mean play. This captures the "she's a bad kitty" moment.

Can you guess what's on this dogs nose? She ate it before I could really see what it was.....

Birthday extravaganza

We had Miss Caitlyn's family birthday on the 18 th since daddy would be out of town for the real thing. It was pinata, cake eating, swimming, new scooter fun. My darling little girl was going around telling everyone she was getting a pink car for her Birthday. Being the cheap a** I am I wasn't about to spend $$$ on something that is used every once in a while. So after searching daily on craiglist for a use pink car and coming up with nothing I found this REALLY cute pink princess vespa at good old Wally World for under a $150.

Baby Kristi

Well after the long awaited arrival she is here. Miss Kristi Donna Joe (don't ask) came early, early on the 18th. I won't go into detail but it was a little drama, give someone a little power and they become Hitler.

This picture doesn't do her justice. She is a cutie pie. Hopefully I will see her up close and personal soon.

What a day

I was going to post this last Friday but after you read it you will know why I didn't.

I have been having foot trouble for some time and finally made an appointment. So this is how my day went.

10:30 doctors - I have a cyst, foot carpel tunnel and a pinched nerve thing. So he shot my foot full of cortisone to see it it would help. NOPE worst than ever.

11:00 get out of doctors and have many voice mails saying SIL is having the baby today.

12:00 off to swim lessons last one. My child is a fish now.

1:00 heading home and eating lunch

My foot hurt worst than ever.

6:00 went to dinner with toddler and hubby

6:30 mom called and said SIL wouldn't be having the baby any time soon

7:30 decided to drive an hr to take SIL rag mags and say Hey.

8:30 headed to the hospital with son

9:30 I get to the hospital and brother says she is at 8cm. SIL is drugged to the tilt. So I told him I was gonna call my mom and dad and tell them to come. In the mean time brother comes out and says she is ready to go and she be about a 1/2 hr.

12:30 still nothing brother MIL says she has to have a c-section.

1:05 Kristi is born

1:25 I was acting like a nut

Oh didn't get home till 3 am. We were having a birthday party for toddler that day. Needless to say I was a little tired.

Birthday dress in action

So it was way to hot to do this. The toddler put up with me as long as she could. I'm still fighting with the new camera.

wish me luck

I am taking Miss piss out tomorrow to try to take some "it's my birthday pics". I still don't have a handle on the new camera. So hence the wish me luck. I have been busy I made the "clown " birthday dress ( I LOVE it but have been told it's a little over the top my responce was "I only have a few more yrs to dress her up as a clown). So it's dress, a large #4 and hair bows. I hope I have you sitting on the edge of you couch, chair, or what ever you may be sitting on.
